Refund and Exchange Policy
At Daisy Lane, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer both a refund and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Refund:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
You must contact us at peridotandlace@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the return and refund process.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
If you'd prefer to exchange your product for something else, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. You may exchange items for a product of equal or lesser value.
Eligibility for Exchange:
The product must be unused and undamaged.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the difference must be paid.
Non-refundable/Non-exchangeable Items:
Certain products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If this applies to your purchase, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
